These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Four Legged Breaks Owners Portal ("Service," "Platform," or "Portal"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

  • Communicate with Four Legged Breaks staff
  • Access reports and analytics related to your properties

  • Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers/networks connected to the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
  • Use any automated system (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
  • Collect or harvest personal information of other users
  • Violate the rights of others, including intellectual property rights

5. Property Listings

5.1 Listing Content

You are solely responsible for the content of your property listings, including descriptions, photos, pricing, and availability. You represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal right to list and rent the properties
  • All listing information is accurate and not misleading
  • You own or have permission to use all photos and content in your listings
  • Your listings comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5.2 Listing Standards

We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any listing that violates these Terms or our listing standards, including listings that contain:

  • False, misleading, or inaccurate information
  • Inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
  • Copyright or trademark violations
  • Duplicate or spam content

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Four Legged Breaks and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content License

By submitting content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

7. Fees and Payment

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing or required by law.

8. Termination

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • The results obtained from use of the Service will be accurate or reliable
  • Any errors in the Service will be corrected

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FOUR LEGGED BREAKS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Four Legged Breaks and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

  • Your access to or use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
  • Any content you submit to the Service

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for violations of intellectual property rights.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Four Legged Breaks regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
